1. Am I eligible to collect a HPB fitness tracker?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be 17 years old or older (based on your birth year);
- Not have collected a HPB fitness tracker model before
You can check your eligibility on the Healthy 365 app by tapping “HPB fitness tracker” then “Collect a new HPB fitness tracker”. Each eligible user can collect one HPB fitness tracker.

2. Can Foreigners collect HPB fitness trackers?
Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents aged 17 or older (based on birth year), are eligible to collect an HPB fitness tracker.
3. How do I take part in the Corporate Challenge without a HPB fitness tracker?
You can also take part using other supported fitness trackers or mobile apps that work with the Healthy 365 app. For more information, please visit our website on the H365 app and its supported trackers.
4. Can I arrange for HPB fitness trackers to be distributed at my office?
HPB fitness trackers are available at vending machines and HPB-appointed centres. You can find collection points on the Healthy 365 app or at https://www.gowhere.gov.sg/hpbfitnesstracker/
5. My HPB fitness tracker is faulty. Can I exchange it?
You can book a tracker exchange appointment on the Healthy 365 app to exchange your faulty HPB fitness tracker.
6. Can someone collect my HPB fitness tracker on my behalf?
If you are unable to collect in person, you may authorise someone to collect it on your behalf. To do this:
- Enter the proxy’s name, mobile number and email address on the booking confirmation page.
- A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to them.
Your proxy must bring the following to the collection point:
- A copy of your NRIC,
The appointment QR code or confirmation email
