Why do I need to enter credit card details to install the Healthy 365 app?

 

The Healthy 365 app is rated 18+ on the Apple App Store. This is due to requirements by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore.

 

The App Store uses a credit card to confirm that you are 18 years or older.

 

If you are between 15 to 17 years old, ask a parent or guardian to help you download the app. Once installed on your device, you can create your own Healthy 365 account.

 

I do not have a credit card, what can I do?

You can still confirm your age by using your ID (e.g. NRIC or driver's licence). See below for the steps.

 

Please note that passport and debit cards cannot be used for age checks. Check your device is updated to the latest phone OS version.
