Using the Nutrition Tracking Dashboards

You can use the nutrition tracking dashboards to monitor your daily calorie and nutrient intake and make better choices.

 

Note: This feature is available if you are 18 years old and above.

 

Before You Start

To start tracking, please set up your Nutrition Tracking Dashboard and add a meal log first.

How to Use the Dashboards

You can view your nutrition overview in either of these ways:

From the Home tab

Tap Home to see a visual summary of your remaining nutrient allowance for the day.

The graph changes colour based on how close you are to your recommended daily limits:

  • Amber: You are nearing your limit
  • Red: You have exceeded your limit

 

From the Meal Log screen

Tap Meal Log to see a full breakdown of the nutrients you have consumed, compared to your recommended daily limits.

Values turn red when you exceed a limit, so you can quickly see which nutrients need attention.
