Learn how to add and remove food and drinks from My Favourites for faster meal logging.

Adding “Favourites”

You can add up to 25 food or drinks to your favourites.

Adding food or drinks you often eat to your favourites lets you log them quickly without searching each time.

How to Add Favourites

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal.

 

 

3. Search for the food or drink item and tap on the “Star” icon to add it to your favourites.

  

 

Tap My Favourites to quickly view all the food or drink items you have selected.

Tip: You can tap the + icon on a food or drink in My Favourites to add it to your Meal Log.

Removing “Favourites”

To remove an item from your favourites, tap My Favourites and the “Star” icon of the item you want to remove.
