Booking a fitness programme from government partners may be different from booking an HPB event. Find out how to book a partner event below.

What Are Partner Organisation Events

Partner Organisation events are fitness programmes from government agencies that appear on the Healthy 365 app.

Current partners:

  • SportSG (listed as ActiveSG)
  • People's Association

Important: Book these programmes on the partner's website. Healthy 365 app only helps you find the events.

How to Find Partner Organisation Events

To filter by partner organisation event:

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app and go to Events.
  2. Tap the filter icon next to the search bar.
  3. Select Partner Organisation.
  4. Choose SportSG (listed as ActiveSG) or People's Association.

This shows only events from your selected partner organisation.

How to Book a Partner Organisation Event

To book a partner event:

  1. Find the event you want on the Healthy 365 app.
  2. Tap Book now on the event details page.
  3. You'll be taken to the partner's booking website:
    1. SportSG events → ActiveSG booking site

  4. Complete your booking on their website.

 

After you book, you will be able to see your bookings on the partner organisation’s site.

How to Manage Your Bookings

Booking Limits

The 8-session booking limit applies only to HPB programmes. Partner Organisation events don't count towards this limit.

Note: HPB rules don’t apply to partner events. Check the partner organisation's terms and conditions when booking on their website.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a booking:

  1. Visit the partner organisation's website or app where you booked.
  2. Log into your account on their site.
  3. Follow their cancellation process and policies.

Note: Each partner organisation may have their own cancellation policies, deadlines, and potential fees.

Event Updates

All events appear 29 days ahead on Healthy 365 app. Partner organisation event details update once daily on the app. Changes may take up to 24 hours to show.
