Healthier SG Screening Subsidies


Singapore citizens can enjoy subsidised health screening under Healthier SG Screening. This guide explains who is eligible, how much it costs and what is covered.

Who Is Eligible

Eligibility for Healthier SG Screening depends on:

·       Your age and sex

·       Date of last health screening

·       Any health conditions you have

We check this information from available records in Government databases, including the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR).


Note: You may not qualify if you already have chronic diseases or certain cancers (cervical or colorectal).


Eligibility for screening:

All genders aged 40+

  • 3 years or more

Colorectal cancer

All genders aged 50+

  • 1 year or more

Breast cancer

Women aged 50+

  • 2 years or more

Cervical cancer

Women aged 25+

  • 3 years since last Pap test - for age 25 to 29
  • 5 years since last HPV test - for age 30+

How Much it Costs

Under Healthier SG Screening, eligible Singapore citizens enjoy a subsidised fee of $5 or less per visit. This covers selected screenings at CHAS GP clinics.
