You might see an error message because your MediShield Life fees are already fully paid for by the Government. This happens if:

• You are a government pensioner, and your family is covered under the Fixed Amount on Ward (FAW) and Co-payment on Ward (CPW) schemes

• You have Additional Premium Support (APS)

Since you do not need to pay for MediShield Life, there is no need to redeem Healthpoints to get a discount.

You can still use your Healthpoints to get other rewards like:

• Grocery vouchers
• MRT or bus credits
• Lifestyle treats and more.
