You might get this message if you can’t use Healthpoints to pay for MediShield Life premiums yet.
This could be because:
- You asked CPF you want to pause collection of your MediShield Life premiums.
- You just became a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and your MediShield Life plan is still being set up.
Tip: You can check if your MediShield Life is ready at cpf.gov.sg/MydashboardsFAQ, under Healthcare. You will need your SingPass to log in.
