“No sugar added” means that no sugar was added when the drink was made. However, drinks like fruit juices usually contain natural sugars.
Drinks which carry the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) contain at least 25% less sugar compared to similar drinks in the same category. The HCS can help you easily identify lower sugar beverages.
To check the sugar amount, read the Nutrition Information Panel (NIP) on the packaging.
