This guide explains the steps you need to take if you're selected for the Health Insights Singapore (hiSG) study.
How We Will Contact You
We'll contact you using the email address you provided during registration to let you know you've been selected and explain your next steps.
HPB offers two onboarding options: in-person or remote (online). You will be informed of the onboarding instructions by email.
In-Person Onboarding
You can select your preferred onboarding time slot from the options provided.
Before Your Session
Complete these steps before the session:
Set up Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) with HPB through your bank. This allows us to collect payment for fees if study devices are lost or damaged.
(If under 21) Complete consent forms.
- Your parent or legal guardian needs to submit the online parent consent form before your session.
During Your Session
You will be asked to:
- Provide your informed consent to participate in the study
- Pay the $50 deposit using your debit or credit card

You'll receive an email with a link to the online consent form. If you're under 21, your parent or legal guardian needs to also complete the parent consent form. |

Pay the $50 deposit |
After completing consent forms, you'll get instructions on paying the $50 deposit. Payment will be either by e-payment or direct debit from your bank account. |
