You can only check in once per day for action tasks.
To check in, make sure you meet the daily requirement. You can find these details in each task's information.
Examples of how to check in:
- Sync at least 1,000 steps during the day.
- Sync at least 10 minutes of MVPA (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) during the day.
- Sync at least 2 hours of sleep between 12 noon (yesterday) and 11:59am (today).
- Log a meal for the current day.
