Joining In-person Live Well, Age Well Events


To get the most out of your in-person Live Well, Age Well session, follow these guidelines. 

When to Arrive 

Be punctual: 

For Exercise Sessions 

What to wear   

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can move freely. 
  • Put on sports shoes with non-slip soles. 
  • Avoid slippers, sandals or flats. 

What to bring 

  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. 

During the session 

  • Stop exercising if you feel unwell. 
  • Make sure your exercise area is clear of obstacles.
