If the ChatBot Doesn’t Answer Your Query

Sometimes, your question may not be answered fully by the ChatBot.

If you need more help, just type "live agent" during office hours to reach a human agent.

Will the Help Centre Replace Human Help?

We designed the Help Centre to work alongside our human support team, not to replace it.
