Changing Your Pathway 

You can change your selected I Quit Pathway anytime after joining the I Quit programme, whether you chose SMS, QuitLine or face-to-face support at first. 

Call the QuitLine at 1800 438 2000 (Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm) for assistance. 

You can: 

  • Switch to a different I Quit Pathway. 
  • Receive messages in another language. 
  • Update your mobile number. 

Getting Messages in Another Language 

If you prefer to receive your SMS in a different language, you can choose from: 

  • English 
  • Mandarin 
  • Malay 

Let us know your preferred language, and we’ll update it for you. 

Keep Your Contact Details Updated 

Keeping your contact details up to date helps you stay on track with your quit journey. 

If you have changed your mobile number, we can update your number so you keep getting messages and support.
