If you’ve quit smoking or vaping under the I Quit programme, you may be eligible for incentives at key milestones.

 

To receive them, you’ll need to take steps to verify that you’ve successfully quit. Follow the steps below to claim your reward.

How To Verify That You’ve Quit

Steps	How To Verify
1. Reply to the message	When you reach the 28th day, 3rd month or 6th month of your quit journey, you’ll receive an SMS from I Quit. If you’ve quit: Reply QUIT YES to 75057 If you haven’t quit: Reply QUIT NO to 75057 Note: Don’t reply to the message itself. Always send your reply directly to 75057.
2. Request a test kit	If you replied QUIT YES, you’ll get another SMS with a link. Use the link to request a test kit. Note: You must send your request within 1 month of receiving the SMS.
3. Wait for your test kit	The test kit will be delivered to your home within 2 weeks.
4. Do the test with HPB	HPB will arrange a video call to guide you through the test.
5. Get your eVoucher if you pass	If your test shows you are nicotine-free, HPB will email you a 13-digit voucher code.

Redeem Your eVoucher in the App

Follow these steps to redeem your reward in the Healthy 365 app:

1. Download the Healthy 365 app and create an account.
2. Tap My Wallet at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Redeem Now to open the rewards catalogue.
4. Tap Enter Voucher Code in the top right corner.
5. Key in the 13-digit code from the HPB email.
6. Tap Submit to receive your e-voucher.

If You Missed the Deadline

You must claim your reward within 1 month of receiving the test kit. If you miss this, you won’t be able to claim that milestone’s reward. You can still qualify for the next milestone if you meet the criteria.

If You Quit on Your Own

Only participants of the I Quit programme can claim incentives. If you quit on your own but didn’t join the programme, you won’t be eligible for rewards.
