Here’s what to do

First-time user
  1. Check your inbox for an email from parentingforwellness@hpb.gov.sg.
  2. Click on the link in the email to access the website.

Tip: Bookmark your dashboard to access it easily next time!

Returning user

You can access the website in 3 ways:

  1. Use your bookmarked dashboard page.
  2. Click on the link in your email from parentingforwellness@hpb.gov.sg.
  3. Retrieve your unique link online.

 

Can't Find Your Personalised Link?

If you didn't receive your link after registering or can't find it:

Check your email

  1. Look for an email from parentingforwellness@hpb.gov.sg
  2. Check your spam, archive, or deleted folders.

Retrieve your link online

  1. Visit parentingforwellness.hpb.gov.sg.
  2. Click Retrieve your link.
  3. Enter the email address you used during registration
  4. Click Get my link.
  5. Check your inbox for a new email with your unique link.
