Why Can’t I Add My Child via Singpass?

You may not be able to add your child's profile for the following reasons:

Solution

Child is 15 or older

Ensure your child’s details are correctly registered in your Singpass account.

 

Note: If your child is 15 years or older (as of 1 January this year), they can create their own Healthy 365 account to enjoy the app features.

App version is outdated

Download the latest version of the Healthy 365 app from the App Store or Google Play.

Singpass issue

Make sure that:

  • Your Singpass account is active.
  • You’re using the correct login details.

Technical issue

Wait a few minutes and try again.

You can also close and reopen the Healthy 365 app.
