If you are a foreigner and your child studies in Singapore with a local sponsor, the local sponsor must submit the consent on your behalf.

There are two ways the sponsor can do so:

• If the sponsor has access to Singpass, the sponsor can submit consent via the Consent Portal. Note that this can only be done if the child’s MOE records are updated.
• If the child’s MOE records are not updated, the sponsor can submit consent through the FormSG consent form instead.
