When to Cancel

You can cancel your child's appointment if they:

• Need to see another doctor
• Have other reasons

Tip: Can’t make it? You can also reschedule your appointment instead of cancelling.

How to Cancel

1. Open the HealthHub app or HealthHub’s eService for Children’s Appointments.  Then, log in with your Singpass.

2. Tap Appointments, then your child’s name.
