It depends on the vaccine your child received.

For regular vaccines (not COVID-19) given in schools or the Student Health Centre:

• Your child can do light activities after the shot.
• They should avoid strenuous activities on the day of vaccination. 
• If they have any side effects, such as redness or swelling at the injection spot, they should see a doctor before they do sports again.

For COVID-19 vaccines:

• Please check with the clinic or hospital where your child got the vaccine.
