Vaccines Your Child Needs

Your child needs 12 important vaccines under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS). These protect against diseases like measles, polio and whooping cough.

Vaccinations at CHAS Clinics

Singaporean children can get free NCIS vaccinations at CHAS GP clinics if they:

  • Are at the right age for the vaccine.
  • Meet the medical conditions listed in the NCIS.

Note:

  • Full subsidies only apply to certain vaccine brands. Check MOH’s list for details.
  • CHAS GP Clinics offer all NCIS vaccinations, except the BCG vaccine given at birth.

School-Based Vaccinations

HPB’s School Health Service visits schools to provide vaccinations. Your child can get vaccinated at school with your consent.

For children who missed earlier doses

Note:

  • If your child missed a vaccine, they may get a catch-up dose during the school visit.
  • School and clinic vaccines are the same, so you can choose the most convenient option.
