The new Child Consent Portal was launched in December 2023.
You can use that portal to give consent to school health and dental services.
How to Access the Portal
You can access the portal in 2 ways:
Direct Access
1. Go to the consent portal.
2. Select your preferred login method:
- Login at the top-right of the page.
- Login with Singpass in the middle of the page.

Tip: You can tap on School Health Service or School Dental Service to find out more about the programmes.
Through HealthHub
1. Go to HealthHub.
2. Log in with your Singpass.
3. Select Health Profiles, then your child’s name.
4. Under “Child Details”, select School followed by Consent for school and dental health. This will direct you to the HPB Consent Portal.
