Note: Medical certificates (MC) will only be given if your child is unwell and needs to rest at home.

Dental excuse chit

Note: If your child forgot to ask for a dental excuse chit after their visit, they can:

• Request for the chit at the SDC counter.
• Email Contact_YPS@hpb.gov.sg to request for one.
