Check Your Starter Challenges
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap on the “My Progress” dashboard on the Home screen, then Challenges.
- For 4 weeks, you'll see your Starter Challenges for the week.
- Complete them between Monday and Sunday.
- Your progress resets every Monday.
- After 4 weeks, your Starter Challenges end and won’t be shown on the “Challenges” screen anymore.
Note: If your fitness tracker does not track sleep, you can:
- Check if you’re eligible to collect an HPB fitness tracker.
- Use a supported third-party tracker that supports sleep tracking.
Track Your Progress
On the Home screen, tap Sync now to update your progress.
