Here are some common event booking issues and the steps to take when you encounter them:

If the issues Is

What to Do

Conflicting session error

You try to book a session at the same time as another one you already signed up for.

 

Note: You can only book one session at any given date and time.

 

You can either:

  • Attend the session you already booked.
  • Cancel the old session and book the new one.

Too many bookings error

You try to book more than 8 sessions at a time.

 

Note: You can only book up to 8 sessions at a time.

 

  • Check how many sessions you have booked.
  • If you have already booked 8, cancel one before booking a new session.

“Unable to verify your profile with the NRIC/FIN” error

You may have used a different NRIC/FIN number when signing up for Healthy 365.

 

  • Check that you entered the right NRIC/FIN.
  • Try again with the correct number.

No children are linked to your NRIC/FIN in Singpass Myinfo.
