Understanding Intensity Labels
The intensity label shows how challenging an activity is:
- Low intensity: Light activity, suitable for beginners.
- Moderate intensity: A mix of effort and rest, good for regular exercisers.
- Vigorous intensity: High effort, best for those used to intense workouts.
Choosing a Suitable Activity
Use the intensity label to help you choose activities:
- New to exercise? Start with low-intensity ones.
- Already active? Try moderate or vigorous workouts.
Note: The label is a general guide. Your experience may vary based on your age, fitness level and health.
If You Have a Medical Condition
Registration is open to all users, regardless of the intensity level of the activity.
However, if you have a medical condition:
- Start with low-intensity workouts.
- Ask your doctor or medical professional before trying high-intensity activities.
Always choose activities based on your own health and fitness.
