How to Measure Your Blood Oxygen Levels (SpO₂)

SpO₂ shows the percentage of oxygen in your blood.

Here's how to check it:

1.Find the Blood Oxygen screen. Tap the touch sensor on your HPB fitness tracker until you see "Blood Oxygen" on the screen.

2.Start the measurement. Press and hold the Blood Oxygen screen. The measurement will start after 3 seconds.

3.Stay still. Remain seated and keep your arm steady during the measurement. This helps ensure an accurate reading.

4. If you see a “No reading” screen, wear your tracker properly and tap to try again.

How the Measurement Works

Your HPB fitness tracker uses a light sensor to measure SpO₂. The sensor shines light through your skin and calculates oxygen levels based on how much light is reflected back.
