How to Track Heart Rate Automatically

Your HPB fitness tracker automatically tracks your heart rate throughout the day.

For this to work:

Heart rate is measured in beats per minute (bpm).

How to Use “Workout Mode”

To track your heart rate in real-time while you exercise:

  1. Tap the touch sensor on your tracker until you see the “Workout” screen.

  1. Press and hold the sensor to view the available workout modes
  2. Tap to choose the right workout mode. Then, press and hold the sensor to start.

  1. To stop “Workout mode”:
    • Press and hold the sensor again.
    • Tap the “X” icon to end your session.

  1. To close your workout summary, press and hold again.

Above: Your workout summary will be shown after you end a workout session.

 

Tip: Avoid leaving "Workout Mode" on all day, as it will drain your battery. Your tracker will still record your heart rate automatically, even if you’re not in workout mode.
