This guide will help you set up non-HPB fitness trackers, such as Fitbit, Garmin and Samsung.
Before you follow the steps below, make sure that:
- You have the latest version of your fitness app.
- You can see your fitness data on your fitness app. If you don’t see your fitness data, you may have to sync your tracker to your fitness app first.

Set Up a New Tracker
1. Turn your new tracker on and keep it near your mobile phone.
2. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Go to Home and tap Pair your tracker or app.
4. Tap Other fitness apps to select your fitness app and allow access to Healthy 365.
5. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.

Replace an Existing Tracker
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Sync now to avoid losing your fitness data.
3. Go to Profile, tap My Fitness Tracker then Change Tracker.
4. Tap Other fitness apps to select your fitness app and allow access to Healthy 365.
5. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.
