This guide will help you set up your HPB fitness tracker if you:
- Bought an HPB fitness tracker.
- Have an unpaired HPB fitness tracker.
Tip: If you just collected your HPB tracker, find out how to set up collected HPB trackers instead.
Jump to:
Set Up a New Tracker
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Pair your tracker or app, then select HPB Trackers.
3. Choose how you want to connect:
Connect via QR code
1. Tap Scan via QR code to scan the QR code on your tracker's packaging.
2. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.
Connect via Bluetooth
1. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and keep your tracker near your mobile phone.
2. Tap Pair via Bluetooth, then select your tracker model.
3. Enter the 4-digit code shown on your tracker.
4. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.
Replace an Existing Tracker
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Profile and select My Fitness Tracker.
3. Tap Change tracker and select HPB trackers.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to pair your new tracker. You will see a green confirmation message once it is paired.
5. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.
