HPB Help Centre - Collection Methods for a New HPB Fitness Tracker

Here’s how you can collect a new HPB tracker:

Collection method	What you need to know
Self-collect from a vending machine	Find your nearest vending machine . No booking needed. Vending machines cannot be used for collection by others.
Self-collect from an HPB appointed centre	Book an appointment through the Healthy 365 app. Staff will help you with the collection.
Appoint someone to collect from an HPB appointed centre	Book an appointment for your appointed person through the Healthy 365 app. They’ll need to visit the HPB appointed centre you chose. Staff will help your proxy with the collection.

Note: HPB fitness trackers are not available by mail or delivery.
