This guide explains who can collect a new HPB fitness tracker. If your fitness tracker is faulty, check your warranty coverage to see if you qualify for an exchange.

Who Is Eligible
You can collect a new HPB Fitness tracker if you meet all of these needs:
- You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- You are 17 or older (based on your birth year).
- You’ve not collected an HPB fitness tracker before*.
*Check your eligibility, as exceptions apply.
Check Your Eligibility
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap HPB Fitness Tracker then Collect a new HPB fitness tracker. If you're eligible, you should see options on how to collect your tracker.
