When eVouchers Expire

This guide helps you check when your eVouchers expire and what to do before they're no longer valid. All merchant-branded eVouchers (like FairPrice, Guardian, or restaurant vouchers) expire at 11.59pm on their expiry date and cannot be used or replaced after that. 

How to Check Your eVoucher Expiry Date

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2.  Tap Rewards, then Vouchers

• Expiring vouchers will be shown at the top.
• You can view the expiry date at the bottom of each voucher.

3. Tap View history and select your eVoucher to check when it expires.

Before Your eVoucher Expires

Set a reminder to use your eVoucher before the expiry date. Once expired, eVouchers cannot be extended, exchanged, or replaced.

Tip: Check your vouchers regularly, especially if you have several. Expiring vouchers are always shown first to help you use them in time.
