Why You Need an Emergency Contact

HPB will help if something happens during a physical activity event. This could mean calling an ambulance or your emergency contact. For virtual events, we may try to contact you first before taking action.

Note:

• An emergency contact is required only for virtual events. It is strongly encouraged for in-person events as well.  
• By sharing this information, you and your contact agree to let us share it with trusted partners for emergencies.

Add An Emergency Contact

You may be asked to add your emergency contact in Healthy 365.

To do so:

1. Go to Profile at the bottom menu.
2. Tap Update Information.
3. Enter your Emergency Contact and Address.
4. Tap Update to save your changes.

Update Your Emergency Contact

Make sure your emergency contact is up to date.

To make changes:

1. Go to Profile at the bottom menu.
2. Tap Secondary Information and update the details.
3. Tap Update to save your changes.
