When do Healthpoints Expire?
Healthpoints expires 6 months after you earn it.
Once Healthpoints expire, they can't be extended, exchanged, replaced or refunded.
Tip: If you have Healthpoints that are expiring soon, redeem them for rewards.
How to Check Expiring Healthpoints
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap My Healthpoints to view:

- Your Healthpoints balance
- Any expiring Healthpoints
