How to Check Your Balance

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Check your balance under “My Healthpoints” on the Home screen. 

Note: You need to have a positive Healthpoints balance to redeem rewards. 

How to Check Your Transaction History

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Rewards, then Transactions.

3. To view your Healthpoints history:  
   • Tap Earned to view your earned Healthpoints.
   • Tap Used to view your used Healthpoints,
   • Tap Pending to view Healthpoints that you’ve earned but not yet received. These will be added to your Healthpoints balance once processed. 

If you hit the earning limit for Healthpoints, you’ll see a "Lifestyle Milestones Reached” message.
