How to Restore Your Data

Your data and progress are safe. Here's how to get them back:

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have it, download it from the App Store or Google Play

2. On the “Log in” screen, enter your details and tap Sign up with Singpass.



3. Tap Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass. To find out how your data will be used, you can:

4. Tap on the QR code to log in to Singpass, and I agree to give permission to access your data.


 

5. Check if your contact details are correct. Tap to edit the fields if necessary, then tap Next.  

  • You can only edit your mobile number, email address and marital status in the Healthy 365 App.
  • Your mobile number will be used for future logins to the Healthy 365 app.
  • If you have trouble connecting to Singpass or Myinfo, try again later, as the Singpass service may be unavailable at that time.



6. Read the Terms and conditions and tap I agree.



7. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your mobile number.



Tip: Avoid tapping Resend too many times to avoid receiving multiple OTPs.
