You can earn digital stamps and Healthpoints when you buy qualifying items from supporting outlets or online partners.

Here’s how you identify qualifying food, drink, dessert, and grocery items.

Qualifying Food

Look for food items that have one of HPB’s Healthier Dining Programme (HDP) labels and that are sold at:

  • Restaurants
  • Coffee shops
  • Food courts
  • Hawker centre stalls
  • Cafes
  • Food kiosks
  • Quick service restaurants
  • Online supporting partners’ websites or mobile apps

Note: The specific food items may vary by outlet.

Qualifying Drink

Look for these drink items:

Drinks When Bought from Participating Outlets or Online Partners

The following drinks qualify when bought from participating outlets or online partners:

  • Plain bottled water, tap water, sparkling or distilled water
  • Packaged/canned drinks with the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS)
  • Traditional unsweetened drinks such as:
    • Barley
    • Grass jelly drink
    • Chinese tea
    • Japanese tea
    • Korean tea
    • Pure flower or pure leaf teas (without milk or sugar)
  • Coffee or tea without milk or sugar, such as:
    • Kopi O kosong 
    • Teh O kosong
    • Espresso
    • Americano
  • Freshly prepared soya bean drink or milk without sugar or syrup (only available at supporting hawker centres and coffee shops)

Look for the HPB HDP label at the front of participating stores selling these drinks:

Other Drinks Labelled with HDP labels

Drinks not featured above (e.g., bubble tea or ice lemon tea) if labelled with one of the HDP labels below:


Note: All Milo drinks, including Milo Kosong, Milo C, and Milo Siew Dai, do not qualify for QR Receipts or QR Tickets.

Qualifying Dessert

Look for desserts that:

  • Are lower in sugar and a source of dietary fibre
  • Sold in supporting F&B outlets, partner websites or mobile apps
  • Display the HDP label

Look for healthier grocery products that:

  • Are sold at supporting supermarkets, petrol marts, convenience stores, partner websites and mobile apps
  • Display the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) on the packaging
