Why You Should Add Favourites
You can add up to 25 food or drink items to “My Favourites”.
This makes it easy to:
- Log your meals quickly without searching each time
- Track what you like to eat and drink, with their calories at a glance
How to Add Favourites
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal under the “Quick Links” section. Then select a time band to log a meal from today or yesterday.
- After you add an item, you can tap on the “star” icon to add it to your “My Favourites”.
Tip: You can tap “My Favourites” to quickly view your favourite items.
