How to Log a Meal


Details

Follow these steps to log a meal on Healthy 365:

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal under the “Quick Links” section.

 

  1. Select a time band to log your meals for today or yesterday.

Tip: To view past meal logs, use the arrows to go back up to 30 days.

 4. To log a meal, you can:

Tip: You can add food or drinks items to your “favourites"  to log meals quickly.

Search by Keywords

To search for food or drinks through keywords:

  1. Type the name of your food or drink in the search bar, then tap on the best-matching item.  
 

 2. Tap on the “+” or “-” icons to change the quantity or select the portion size of your item.

3. If you had more than one item during your meal, repeat Steps 1 and 2.

4. Tap Save item(s) after you have added all of your items.

Take a Photo

To search for food or drinks through a photo:

  1. Tap Photo, then Take a Photo.

 

Note: You will need to grant camera access to the Healthy 365 app through your phone’s setting.

 

 

2. Take a photo of your food or drink item. Then, tap Use Photo or Retake (if needed).

 
 

 

 3. If a match is found, tap the best-matching item.

 

 
 
4. If no match is found, tap Try keyword search instead.
 
 
 5. Follow the steps to search by keywords.

Upload a Photo

To search for food or drinks through an uploaded photo:

  1. Tap Photo, then Upload a Photo to select the photo of your food or drink.
 
 

Note: You’ll need to grant camera and photo gallery access to the Healthy 365 app through your phone’s settings.

 

 

  1. If a match is found, tap the best-matching item.
 
 
 
 3. If no match is found, tap Try keyword search instead.
 
 
 

 4. Follow the steps to search by keywords.
