You can use your SimplyGo eVouchers to top up:
- EZ-Link cards
- NETS FlashPay cards
- Concession cards
Note: You can’t use your SimplyGo eVouchers to top up NETS CashCards. If you entered your NETS CashCard details by mistake:
- An eVoucher won’t be issued for redemption.
- The Healthpoints can’t be returned to your account.
After you redeem your Healthpoints to SimplyGo eVouchers, you can top up your travel card right away.
You can top up your travel card through:
- SimplyGo Ticket Offices or Ticketing Service Centres
- Top-up Kiosks or Assisted Service Kiosks
- SimplyGo Kiosks
- SimplyGo app (for SimplyGo EZ-Link and Concession cards only)
SimplyGo Ticket Offices or Ticketing Service Centres
You can visit any SimplyGo Ticket Office or SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre to top up your travel card with SimplyGo eVouchers.
Top-up Kiosks or Assisted Service Kiosks
- Place your card on the card reader.

- Tap Vouchers & Rewards.

- Select the eVouchers you want to use, then tap Confirm.
- You should see your new card value after that. Please note that the transaction will fail if the resulting card value exceeds the maximum card value of $500.
- Place your card on any SimplyGo Kiosk card reader.
- Tap Voucher Redemption, then Health Promotion Board Rewards.
- Tap Redeem or Redeem All.
- You should see your new card value after that. Please note that the transaction will fail if the resulting card value exceeds the maximum card value of $500.
Before you start, you need to:
- Download the SimplyGo app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create an account on the SimplyGo app.
- Add your SimplyGo EZ-Link or Concession card to your account.
If you already have a SimplyGo account:
- Open the SimplyGo app.
- Make sure you have added the correct SimplyGo EZ-link or Concession card to your account.
- Tap Services, then navigate to “e-voucher” (Travel Card).
- Tap Redeem on the e-voucher that you want to redeem, then tap Proceed. If your redemption was successful, you should see a “Success!” message.
Tip: Before you top up, make sure your travel card isn’t expiring soon. You can check your card expiry date at any SimplyGo Kiosk, Top-up Kiosk, or Assisted Service Kiosk.
If your new card value is wrong, please:
- Print the receipt (if any).
- Bring your receipt to your nearest SimplyGo Ticket Office or Ticketing Service Centre for help.
