 What Your Warranty Covers 

You can exchange a faulty tracker if it’s covered by warranty. Only the fitness tracker body will be exchanged.     

Warranty duration

1 year from the day you collect it.

 

Tip: You can use the Healthy 365 app to check if your tracker is still under warranty.

What’s covered

  • Factory faults
  • Problems with how the tracker was made

  • Wear and tear

Damage from misuse, excessive abuse, or not following product instructions

  • Broken straps
  • Cracked screens

  • Battery problems from overcharging

Tip: If your HPB fitness tracker is no longer under warranty, you can still: 

Check Your Warranty Period 

To check if your HPB fitness tracker is still within the warranty period: 

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.  
  1. Tap Account at the bottom of your screen, and then Tracker. You should be able to check the “Warranty last date” of your paired HPB tracker
