You may withdraw from hiSG anytime during the 2-year study. Here’s what you need to know.

What Happens After You Withdraw
Once you confirm you want to withdraw:
- Your $50 study deposit will be forfeited according to the study's terms & conditions.
- You do not need to meet any more study requirements.
- You can keep any Healthpoints and e-vouchers you’ve earned.
- You also need to choose what to do with your study device:

You can keep your device by paying a device takeover fee.
The fee will be pro-rated based on your withdrawal date (Check Schedule 1 of the terms & conditions). |
Note: The study deposit is not refundable. However, we may consider waiving the device takeover fee for special cases, such as compassionate grounds.
How to Withdraw
Send an email to hisg@hpb.gov.sg with:
- Your study ID
- Your request to withdraw and reason
- What you’d like to do with the study device (return or keep)
We’ll confirm your withdrawal and guide you on the next steps.
