Differences Across HPB Fitness Trackers

Every fitness tracker has its own tracking algorithm. It only estimates your actual step count, MVPA and sleep duration. This is because:

  • The device is affected by your walking gait and arm swing.
  • Like all commercial fitness trackers, each HPB fitness tracker model has its own sensitivity. This may lead to different levels of accuracy in tracking steps, heart rate, and sleep duration

Differences With Other Fitness Trackers and Apps

In general, fitness apps (like Apple Health or Samsung Health) may show different data from the Healthy 365 app because:

  • Each app counts steps and MVPA differently.
  • Your tracker needs to sync with your fitness app.
  • Your fitness app needs to sync with the Healthy 365 app.
  • Delays can happen between syncs.

Tip: You need to:

Check specific instructions for your tracker or app:

Apple Watch

Make sure your Apple Watch is set as your main data source instead of your phone:

1. Open your Apple Health app.

2. Tap Steps.

3. Scroll down to tap Data Sources & Access.

4. Tap Edit. Then, move your Apple Watch to the top of your Data Sources list by dragging the corresponding Change Order icon up.

Samsung Watch

Turn on workout mode on your tracker before you exercise.

Samsung Health

If you have more than one tracker connected to Samsung Health, the app may add up steps from all your devices but Healthy 365 only counts steps from one tracker.
