Why Do I See an Error Message on the Healthy 365 App?

An error message may appear due to a weak or lost internet connection. 

Try these steps to fix it:

  1. Check your internet connection. Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
  2. Close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, close the Healthy 365 app completely and relaunch it.
