Health Services That Need Your Consent

Here's when you'll need to give consent:

If your child is in

You need to consent to

Preschool (N2 to K2)
  • Dental care (some kindergartens only)

Primary school
  • Vaccinations
  • Dental care

Secondary school
  • Vaccinations (including HPV for girls)
  • Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factor Screening (some students only)
  • Dental care

Post-secondary school
  • Dental care (if needed, at the Student Dental Centre)

Health Services That Do Not Need Consent

Students are automatically enrolled for screening. Consent is not needed.

If your child has opted out of screening previously and wishes to opt back in, you will need to give consent via the Consent Portal.

Viewing Your Consent Forms

 Use the mobile number registered to your Singpass to access the Consent Portal and view your consent forms online.

If not, you don’t need to do anything.
