HPB Help Centre - What If My Singpass Date of Birth (DOB) Is Incomplete?

If your date of birth in Singpass MyInfo	The Healthy 365 app will
Has a missing day	Automatically set it as “01”
Has a missing month	Automatically set it as “Jan”

For example, if your Singpass only shows 1945 as your birth year, your Healthy 365 profile will show "01 Jan 1945."

Note: You can still use the Healthy 365 app normally. The app only needs your birth year to check if you're eligible for events and activities.
