The Healthy Lifestyle Programme helps students build healthy habits and reach a healthy weight.

It aims to:

  • Track students’ eating habits and physical activity.
  • Teach skills for healthy eating and exercise.
  • Help students make good lifestyle choices.
  • Involve families to support and motivate students at home.

Students complete the programme after 3 to 4 sessions over 3 to 6 months.
