  • Use multiple eVouchers
  • Pay the difference

Your purchase costs less than the eVoucher

The unused value can’t be refunded.

Merchant Branded eVoucher Terms and Conditions

  • eVouchers can’t be transferred to another account.
  • eVouchers can’t be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
  • eVouchers can’t be exchanged for another Merchant Branded eVoucher.
  • eVouchers are subject to each merchant’s terms and conditions.

How to Use Your eVouchers 

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Tap Rewards, then Vouchers. 

 

3. Select your eVoucher and tap Use now, then Next.  

 

 

4. Select where you want to use your eVoucher:

 

In-store 

Follow these steps when it’s your turn at the cashier:

1. After you select In-store, tap Next.

 

 

2. Let the cashier scan your eVoucher. If the cashier asks you to show a barcode or QR code, tap ”Change to barcode” or “Change to QR code” accordingly.

 

 

3. After the cashier scans your eVoucher, tap Completed. You should see a success message.

 

Online

1. After you select Online, tap Next.

 

2. Copy the code and enter it at checkout.

  • You need to use the voucher code to check out on the same day.
  • If the code get rejected by the merchant the next day, it can’t be reimbursed.

 

 

3. After you enter the code, tap Completed. You should see a success message.
