What You Can Use HPB eVouchers For

You can use HPB eVouchers to pay participating merchants. eVouchers work like cash at these merchants, but with some restrictions.

Your purchase costs more than the eVoucher

You can:

  • Use multiple eVouchers
  • Pay the difference

Your purchase costs less than the eVoucher

The unused value can’t be refunded.

HPB eVoucher Restrictions

Please note that HPB eVouchers:

  • Can’t be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
  • Can’t be used to buy other retailer vouchers, lottery tickets, cigarettes, alcoholic items, and pre-paid cards (excluding data plans).
  • Are subject to each merchant’s terms and conditions.

 

How to Use Your eVouchers

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Rewards, then My Rewards.

 

  1. Select your HPB eVoucher and tap Use now, then Next.

  1. Select where you want to use your HPB eVoucher:

 

 

In-store

Follow these steps when it’s your turn at the cashier:

  1. After you select In-store, tap Next.

 

 

  1. Let the cashier scan your eVoucher. If the cashier asks you to show a barcode or QR code, tap ”Change to barcode” or “Change to QR code” accordingly.

 

 

  1. After the cashier scans your eVoucher, tap Completed. You should see a success message.

 

Online

  1. After you select Online, tap Next.



  1. Copy the code and enter it at checkout.

 

  1. After you enter the code, tap Completed. You should see a success message.
